The District would like to provide you with the annual notice of responsibilities for the following:

Annual Notice of Privacy Practices - HIPAA : This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

Annual Notice of Special Education Services : The purpose of this notice is to describe (1) the types of disabilities that might qualify the child for such programs and services, (2) the special education programs and related services that are available, (3) the process by which the public schools screen and evaluate such students to determine eligibility, and (4) the special rights that pertain to such children and their parents or legal guardians.

Annual Notification to Parents Regarding Title 1 Qualification of Teachers at East Coventry :

As a parent of a student who attends a school receiving Title I funds, you have a right under federal law to request information about the professional qualifications of the classroom teachers who instruct your child.

Annual Notification to Parents Regarding Title 1 Qualifications of Teachers at North Coventry :

Plan to Protect Students if Incident Occurs at Limerick Generating Station : With the assistance of the Chester County Emergency Management Services, the Owen J. Roberts School district has developed an emergency plan to keep students protected in the event of a radiological incident at the Limerick Generating Station. If an event should occur, the School District will be notified and the emergency plan will be implemented. The District will initiate protective actions to shelter or evacuate students as directed.
