Professional Experience:

I have been a school counselor at North Coventry Elementary School since 1998.  My journey to becoming a school counselor took some twists and turns but I am so thrilled that I found my dream job! I began as a special education teacher back in the 1980’s.  l taught math and science to adolescents in Coatesville, PA.  I soon realized that for me to be the very best resource for my students, that a counseling degree would be beneficial.  I returned to West Chester University for my master’s in counseling with certification in elementary.  After having my own children, I realized how much I loved working with elementary aged kids.  I have been at OJR eversince and love the opportunities that I have to work with students in a school setting.
