EPIC EPIC is a wonderful reading and learning app where children can access hundreds of books, keep track of their reading, take notes while they are reading, and also watch educational video clips about what they are learning. This is a website that can be used from any web based product such as a desktop, laptop, IPAD, or tablet device! This e-book website is run through Scholastic and is a great resource to use for independent reading in school or at home. Your child will be given a username and password that will be stapled to the front of their Homework Planner. Children can access hundreds of books! They can chose to listen to the story, complete comprehension questions, create a bookshelf of their own favorite books, and view their person reading log to keep track of minutes read.
