    OOTM is a fun and creative problem solving program where team members work together and present entertaining performance solutions in competition.  OOTM teaches students to learn creative problem-solving methods while having fun in the process.  By tapping into creativity, and through encouraging imaginative paths to finding solutions, students learn skills that will provide them with the ability to solve problems, great and small, for a lifetime.

     

    The Odyssey of the Mind program fosters not only creativity and problem-solving skills, but promotes self-confidence, team building, and friendship. The program can truly make a difference in a child's life.

     

    OOTM is a very rewarding experience and requires a firm commitment to your team members. Seven students form a team. There are no substitutes. Depending on each team’s success, there are 3 competition dates that are mandatory for age Divisions I (elementary 3-5), Division II (middle 6-8) & Division III (high 9-12).
