MS/HS STROKE & TURN CLINIC
MS STROKE & TURN CLINIC:
This is for the competitive Middle School swimmers only. Swimmers must have swim team experience to participate in this clinic. This class will concentrate on conditioning for the winter swim season and stroke mechanics.
Maximum Class Size: 20
Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday – September 8th through October 30nd – 3:00 - 4:15 pm
No class October 23rd and October 29th
Resident Fee: $230 Non-Resident Fee: $270
HS STROKE & TURN CLINIC:
This is for the competitive High School swimmers only. Swimmers must have swim team experience to participate in this clinic. This class will concentrate on conditioning for the winter swim season and stroke mechanics.
