OJR Middle/High School Competitive Conditioning Clinic
MS/HS STROKE & TURN CLINIC
This is for the competitive Middle School/High School swimmers only. Swimmers must have swim team experience to participate in this clinic. This class will concentrate on conditioning for the summer swim season and stroke mechanics.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday’s – April 6th through May 22nd – 3:00 - 4:15 pm
Resident Fee: $230 Non-Resident Fee: $270
