Personal Identification Number (PIN):
PIN Usage: Each student is assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by the Owen J Roberts School District for cafeteria purchases. Student photos and last names are used to verify account information at checkout.
Student Register Account Settings & Charging Policy:
By default, student accounts are set up as 'Open Accounts', allowing unrestricted purchases. Restrictions cannot be managed through SchoolPay.
Charging Meals: If a student's account balance is low, they may charge a meal to their account. However, the amount owed must be paid promptly to avoid restrictions on further charges.
Deposits and Refunds: Deposits made through SchoolPay are processed within one hour.
Any requests (meal account restrictions, refunds, etc) that do not require a doctor's note must be renewed annually by notifying:

Account Transfers:
Year-to-Year Transfer: POS balances will transfer from year to year within the district. There is no need to request a transfer, balances will automatically carry over.
Senior Balances: Remaining senior balances will be transferred to a sibling’s account by the end of June. If there’s no sibling, request a refund or donation by contacting Spring Cornell. For students in grades 1-11, funds roll over to the next school year.
