Special Dietary Needs | Allergy & Medical Conditions

If your child has a food allergy or medical condition, please send a written doctors note to the school nurse.

For dietary substitutions, federal regulations require a written doctors note.

The nurse will forward this information to food service personnel, and it will be entered into our POS system to alert cashiers discreetly.
