In compliance with the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, this website provides access to machine-readable files (MRFs) that contain negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between our health plan and healthcare providers.

The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data. These files are not intended for use by individual health plan participants.
