If you are enrolled in medical benefits through OJR, you and your covered dependents are eligible to use SwiftMD, which is an online platform you can access via the web or app so you can quickly schedule an appointment with a physician.  There is no co-pay for using  SwiftMD- it's a FREE service!!  The only thing that you will pay for is prescriptions, if prescribed.  You can access SwiftMD 24 hours per day/7 days a week so it is fast and accessible when you need it the most.  

This service can be used to diagnose common illnesses such as sinusitis, bronchitis, pink eye, etc.  There is also a picture function for issues such as rashes, etc.  Save time and the expense of going to urgent care for non-emergency issues.

Don't have medical benefits through OJR?  Check to see if your medical plan through your spouse, partner, parent, etc. offers similar telemedicine services.

The Pennsylvania State Alliance of YMCAs has a 7th Grade Membership Initiative, which provides a FREE membership to all 7th Graders.

Registration is easy!  Simply bring your current 7th Grade roster or report card, along with a parent or guardian, to any of their locations.
