- Please send your child with coats and gloves! Sweatshirts are no longer warm enough! We will be going outside for at least 20 minutes a day and it is getting really chilly out there!
- Please remember to send your child to school with a peanut free snack every day.
- Water bottles (filled with water only, please) are welcome as long as they do not leak due to use of iPads at desks.

TREX RECYCLING CHALLENGE
Starting on November 15 hundreds of schools across the nation will compete against each other to recycle the most plastic film as part of the TREX recycling challenge. The winning schools will receive a high-performance composite bench made from recycled materials. There will be a collection bin located in the school. The following are accepted: grocery bags, bread bags, case overwrap, dry cleaning bags, newspaper sleeves, ice bags, wood pellet bags, ziplock & other re-sealable bags, produce bags, bubble wrap, salt bags, and cereal bags. All materials must be clean, dry and free of food residue. The contest ends April 15, 2020 and winners will be announced on Earth Day.
THANL YOU to Levi Coolbaugh and his father for bringing this important initiative to North Coventry!!
