It is the intent of the Board of Directors to make the school facilities available to residents and organizations within our District and, on a select basis, other individuals and organizations, when available and such usage does not interfere with the educational process of the children of the District.
The Owen J. Roberts School District has implemented a new facilities scheduling program called FMX.

You must first create a user account for your organization. Any item with an “*” must be completed. Once you have created an account, you may login into FMX and enter your facilities use request. Your application will then go through the approval process in the scheduling system. This is a multi-step process but a request is not considered final until you receive an approval notice from Kathy Troutman. The approval notice will include an estimate of the cost if applicable. Any money due will be invoiced to you based on the facilities use policy following the event.

Please read the Facilities Use Policy and Regulation. You must also provide a certificate of liability insurance in accordance with the policy naming the Owen J. Roberts School District, 901 Ridge Road., Pottstown, PA 19465 as certificate holder and additional insured.
