Elementary Strokes and Turns Clinic
- This is a drop off recommended clinic. No parents are allowed on deck at any time.
- Parents are permitted in the upstairs balcony and observation hallway above the pool during clinic.

ELEMENTARY STROKE AND TURN CLINIC :
This is for the competitive 1st through 6th grade swimmers only. Swimmers must have swim team experience to participate in this clinic. This class will concentrate on proper stroke technique, body position, balance and efficiency in the water, as well as starts and turns. Children must be able to complete 1 lap of freestyle & 1 lap of backstroke without assistance in order to participate. Reach out to Aquatics Director Colin Bauer with any questions in this regard.
Maximum Class Size: 45
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday – September 9th to October 30th – 4:40—5:30 p.m.
Resident Fee: $170 Non Resident Fee: $185
Meet our Swim Clinic Instructor:
Coach Taylor Cisik
Coach Taylor started swimming at the age of 5 years old. She swam at the Amity Aquatics Club, Boyertown and Pottstown YMCA's and the Hillside Aquatic Club. Taylor was a district, state and national qualifying swimmer and continued her swimming career at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her favorite events are sprint freestyle and backstroke.
Coach Colin Bauer
Swam and graduated from Bloomsburg University. In college, he was a Conference and NCAA Qualifier and an All-American Honorable Mention. Colin swam for Pottstown YMCA and TOPS Swimming and was a Y National, USA Sectional/Futures Qualifier. In addition to club swimming, Colin swam for the OJR High School and was a district and state qualifier. He taught swim lessons at OJR Aquatics and Laurelwood Swim Club and has over 9 years of competitive coaching experience. Coach Colin's favorite event is the 50 Butterfly and 100 IM.
