• Elementary Clinic

    ***THIS 5TH AND 6TH GRADE OJR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS ONLY CLINIC IS CONTINGENT UPON THE SCHOOL BOARD'S PHASED IN LEARNING PLAN.  OUR DISTRICT MUST REMAIN IN THE MODERATE RANGE OF COVID-19 COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHESTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THIS CLINIC TO TAKE PLACE***

    • This is a drop off clinic.  No parents are allowed to enter the building at any time.
    • Locker rooms will be off limits for changing purposes.


    This clinic is for the competitive 5th and 6th grade swimmer only.  Swimmers must have swim team experience to participate in this clinic. This class will concentrate on conditioning for the summer swim season but will also incorporate some stroke technique and refinement.

    Meet our Swim Clinic Instructors:

     

    Coach Michelle Michelle Fisher: 

    Coach Michelle started swimming when she was six years old. She swam at Reading YMCA, Amity Aquatics Club, and West Chester University. She has coached at the Phoenixville YMCA, Upper Merion Aquatics Club, and is the head coach of the OJR Aquatics Club Team. Coach Michelle's favorite stroke is breaststroke and her favorite event is the IM.

     

    Coach Lauren Lauren Schubert

    Coach Lauren started swimming competitively at the age of 6. She swam through high school and 3 years of college at Millersville University.  Lauren started coaching at the age of 16 and hasn't stopped. She loves the environment, teaching the swimmers and seeing them grow and improve in the sport. She has coached for different teams in the area and is excited to be back at OJR. Lauren's favorite stroke is backstroke.
