Middle School/High School Swim Technique Workouts
This is for the competitive middle school/high school swimmers. Swimmers must have at least 2 years of competitive swimming experience.
Each class will focus on a specific skill. Participants will sign up for each class individually.
(Maximum class size: 26 combined MS/HS)
**ALL CLASSES HELD FROM 6:30--7:30 PM**
Thursday, March 25th -- Flat starts & relay starts advanced technique
Thursday, April 8th -- Flip turns, open turns & finishes advanced technique
Thursday, April 22nd -- Butterfly advanced technique
Thursday, May 6th -- Breaststroke advanced technique
Thursday, May 20th -- Backstroke advanced technique
Resident Fee: $25 per workout
Meet our Instructors:
Michelle Fisher
Coach Michelle started swimming when she was 6 years old. She swam at Reading YMCA, Amity Aquatics Club, and West Chester University. She has coached at the Phoenixville YMCA, Upper Merion Aquatics Club, and has been the head swim coach of the OJR Aquatics Club Team since 2017. Coach Michelle's favorite stroke is breaststroke and her favorite event is the IM.
Lauren Schubert
Coach Lauren started swimming competitively at the age of 6. She swam through high school and 3 years of college at Millersville University. Lauren started coaching at the age of 16 and hasn't stopped. She loves the environment, teaching the swimmers and seeing them grow and improve in the sport. She has coach for different teams in the area and is back at OJR Aquatics Club. Lauren's favorite stroke is backstroke.
