School Pay is Back Online - March 31, 2023

Dear OJR Families,

We want to share with you that starting today the SchoolPay system is back online.

Please note that SchoolPay's Low Balance Actions (LBA), including notifications of low account balances and any auto replenish options, will be operational when the system comes back online today. (Auto replenish is a feature that families can normally turn on in SchoolPay and that activates when a student's balance reaches the limit set by a parent or guardian.)

As a reminder, because students continued to receive school meals while the payment system was down and continued to make food purchases, you may notice a deficit in your child’s account. If you do not have LBA’s enabled, we encourage you to log-in, check your student accounts, and make any necessary payments manually.

We also want to inform you that as a consideration toward the great inconveniences caused by recent challenges with SchoolPay, i3Education will be waiving the transaction fees to SchoolPay account holders for all payments made through the end of the 2022-23 school year.
