Spinach Smoothie Recipe: 1 med ripe banana, 1 cup fresh, canned or frozen pineapple, 2 lg handfuls of fresh spinach(washed), 4-6 ice cubes (less if frozen fruit), 1 cup 100% orange juice. Blend in blender until smooth. Enjoy!
