  • Student Register Account Settings:

    Open Account: By default, student accounts are set up as Open Accounts, allowing unrestricted purchases.

    Meals Only: You can request to set your student's account as Meals Only, restricting purchases to reimbursable meals only. A la carte items will not be available for purchase.

    May Not Charge: This option requires students to have funds in their account or cash to make purchases. If there are insufficient funds, no additional items may be charged to the account.

    Personal Identification Number (PIN):

    PIN Usage: Each student is assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by the Owen J Roberts School District. This PIN must be used for all cafeteria transactions. Students may also use their last name for transactions.

  • Cafeteria Charge Policy

    Students will NEVER be denied a full reimbursable meal.
    If a student's account balance is low, they may still charge a meal to their account. Any negative balance should be paid promptly to avoid restrictions on future charges.

    Deposits & Refunds

    • SchoolPay deposits are processed within about one hour.
    • To request a refund, email Spring Cornell at scornell@ojrsd.net. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    Payment Options
    In accordance with USDA guidelines, we offer free and accessible payment options:

    • Cash or checks (payable to OJRSD Food Service) may be given to the cafeteria or mailed to the Food Service Office (901 Ridge Road Pottstown, PA 19465).
    • A $35.00 fee will be charged to the student's meal account for any returned checks.
