MAKE A TAX PAYMENT
To Pay Online: click here for Keystone Collections Group. For instructions on accessing your invoice and printing a receipt please see the document below. You will need the invoice number listed on your bill.
To Pay By Mail: Make Check Payable to Keystone Collections Group. Send full payment or appropriate installment payment (partial payments or partial installment payments not accepted) along with voucher to: Keystone Collections Group, Real Estate Tax Payment, PO Box 505, Irwin, PA, 15642.
To By Phone: Call 1-724-978-0300 Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm. Credit card only. A 2.5% bank processing fee applies to credit card payments. You will need your invoice number or account number listed on your bill.
To Drop Off Payment: Payment may be placed in the Keystone Collections Drop Box located at the Chester County Intermediate Unit at 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335. All contents must be placed in an envelope with the taxpayer's name, address and phone number on the front. Cash should never be placed in the box-payment must be made only by check or money order.
