The Owen J. Roberts Middle School serves approximately 850 students in grades 7 and 8, with a professional and support staff of nearly 100. We offer a challenging curriculum that is both exploratory and integrative in nature. Our school embraces the philosophy of the National Middle School Association, focusing on the physical, intellectual, moral, psychological, and social-emotional changes that students experience during these transitional years. Our students excel in a variety of venues, demonstrating their talents academically, athletically, in the arts, and through service to our school and community.
Every member of our school community demonstrates a great deal of PRIDE in our work and accomplishments. Our vision for our school is defined by this PRIDE:
P - Promoting a caring environment
R - Responsible for our learning
I - Interacting collaboratively
D - Devoted to challenging our minds
E - Excellence in all that we do
