  • What are the PTA General Meetings?

    PTA General Meetings are an essential opportunity for all members to come together and discuss the goals, activities, and initiatives of the PTA. These meetings provide a platform to share updates on ongoing projects, gather input from the school community, and make important decisions that impact students, teachers, and families.

    Open to all PTA members, general meetings encourage participation and collaboration. Whether you're there to voice ideas, vote on proposals, or simply stay informed, your involvement is key to our collective success. We invite everyone to attend, stay engaged, and help shape the future of our school!

     

     

  • All meetings will be held virtually. The Zoom link will be posted on our website, Facebook page and emailed out to members. For past meeting notes and Zoom recordings, see the minutes/recordings section.  

    2025-2026 Meeting Dates

    Meetings will start at 7pm on the following dates:

    Sep 16th

    Oct 21st

    Nov 18th

    Jan 20th

    Apr 21st 

    May 19th- Board Election

    * These dates are tentative.  Meeting dates will be confirmed and announced on the PTA site, OJR MS PTA Facebook, and OJR MS PTA Instagram.
