To request a transcript, please download and complete the Transcript Request/Release Form. Please include the exact address of the college/university to which the transcript should be sent.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 15 SCHOOL DAYS TO PROCESS TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS AND TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE MAILED UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED FORM AND PAYMENT. **
Transcript fees: $3.00 per transcript (for graduates only)

*The transcript fee must be mailed or dropped off in the Guidance Office. We will not process the request until payment is received.
Official transcripts will have the school seal and must be sent directly to the college or job to which you are applying. If an official transcript MUST be sent to the student directly, it will arrive in a sealed envelope that should not be opened.
Unofficial transcripts contain the same information but lack the school seal. They may be sent directly to the person requesting documentation.
